It is a subsidiary of International Track X-Records Music Group Enterprises (ITXMGE), its parent company, which was established in 2024. The label's legal name is International Track X-Records Label.

Itx Record Label works across all major genres, including Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop/Rap, Dance/Electronic, R&B, Reggaeton/Latin, Country, Jazz, Classical and K-Pop, as well as sub-genres such as Synthwave, Trap, Phonk, Funk, Lo-Fi Hip Hop, Melodic House, Afrobeats, Pop Punk, Drill and Neo-Soul. It works with independent artists, music producers, DJs, songwriters and creators from different parts of the world.

The label provides music-industry services including digital music distribution, artist promotion, release management, branding, marketing, rights management, artist support and release coordination. Its focus is to give independent artists access to structured label support and to help their music reach audiences in international markets.

Since its establishment in 2025, Itx Record Label has built a distinctive identity around modern, energetic and forward-thinking music, combining music, technology, marketing and artist development to give independent creators a professional place to release their work and grow in the global music industry.

Leadership & Team

Itx Record Label operates with a dedicated management and support team. Het Rajani is the Owner and oversees the overall direction and operations of the label. Nikhil Kothiya is the Label Manager and Head of Label Management, supporting label operations and artist management. Ishan Tejani is Head of Rights Management, handling rights and intellectual-property matters. Alice Williams is Head of Escalation and Support, focusing on artist support and operational escalations. Arisu Morgan is Head of Media and Marketing, responsible for media, marketing, promotional activities and brand development. Abisu Parker is also part of the label's management team.

As part of International Track X-Records Music Group Enterprises (ITXMGE), Itx Record Label operates within a broader music and entertainment structure while keeping its own label identity and operations. As of 2026, the label has a 12-member team working across management, rights, artist support, marketing, media and other label operations.

The long-term vision of Itx Record Label is to build a strong position in India's independent music industry and to expand its international presence by discovering and supporting independent talent, releasing quality music and creating opportunities for music creators around the world.

Itx Record Label, also known as International Track X-Records Label, is a multi-genre independent music record label established in 2025 by International Track X-Records Music Group Enterprises.

We work across all music genres, languages and lyrical styles. We focus on music releases, artist support and digital distribution across major streaming platforms, including YouTube Music (Content ID), Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Instagram (Meta), Facebook (Meta), Beatport, SoundCloud, TikTok, Audiomack, JioSaavn, Pandora, Tidal, Deezer, and 99+ more.

Itx Record Label uses distribution and aggregator partners such as ITXMGE, AudioSalad, Labelcaster and DistroKid.

Royalty Payments & Revenue Sharing

How the money is split

Step 1: Our aggregator/distribution partner, through whose service we release our content, keeps a 10% commission from the royalties received from the DSPs (streaming platforms).
Step 2: The remaining 90% is split between artist and label. Royalty split artist | label: Artist 75% | Label 25%.
Example: for every USD 100 received from the DSPs, USD 10 goes to the distribution partner, USD 67.50 goes to the artist and USD 22.50 goes to the label.

The label's 25% share covers (these percentages are parts of the remaining 90%):

Distribution, publishing, YouTube/Meta Content ID and release management: 10%
Marketing & promotion: 10%
Staff & operations: 5%

Normal Artist

A Normal Artist is an artist who does not work with the label for a long period of time.
Normal Artists do not receive an artist dashboard. For streaming reports, royalties and payments, they contact the label and receive the information from the label.
The minimum payment threshold is USD 50 per release.
They receive less playlist and promotional support from the label.
No agreement is signed with the label.
They do not receive YouTube OAC (Official Artist Channel) verification.

Standard Artist

A Standard Artist is an artist who releases 1–2 songs per month or more through the label and plans to work with the label for a long period of time.
An artist becomes a Standard Artist only after approval from the Label Manager.
They receive an Artist Dashboard with royalty reports, streaming reports, DSP streaming tracking and other artist information.
They receive playlist support based on suitable tracks and genres, and YouTube OAC verification.
Payments are made in installments of USD 100. The artist must earn at least USD 100 for an installment to be paid. After one installment is paid, another USD 100 must be earned for the next one.
Any amount above the installment is carried over to the next installment. If earnings are USD 120, USD 100 is paid and USD 20 carries over. If earnings are USD 230, USD 200 is paid and USD 30 carries over.

Payments for everyone

Payments are issued according to each artist's royalty share, after earnings reports have been verified (this also applies to collaboration artists).
Royalties are calculated from net earnings received from streaming and digital platforms (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, YouTube/Meta Content ID, TikTok and more).
Artificial streams or policy violations may result in blocked royalties, payment delays or release removal.
If a song is taken down by a platform or by the label because of a copyright claim, policy violation or artificial streaming, the royalties for that song will be blocked. If the artist asks for a takedown, royalties earned before the removal are still paid (see section 13 of the Terms of Service).

Royalties and (DSP) Streaming Report

Royalties and DSP streaming reports are provided to us by our distribution aggregator 3 months after a song is released.

The reports are updated on our distribution dashboard on the 12th of every month.

Releases are promoted through official Spotify playlists, charts and radio campaigns managed by Itx Media Marketing Agency Pvt Ltd, and through our own website and social channels.

We decide which releases we promote and how. We do not promise any playlist placement, number of streams or chart position.
